Citadel Consulting Group LLC and its publications, henceforth referred to as "the publisher" offer visitors and browsers ("the user") of its websites the privilege of accessing its content without guarantees of performance or warranties whatsoever.

Any user requesting access privileges to the Members area shall be over 21 years old. In logging in onto the Members area the user is certifying to the publisher that he or she is 21 years or older.
