Rihanna The Searing Siren of Pop and Stylin’ Sex Presented by West Coast Midnight Run

Who is Rihanna? The name is oddly familiar with Rhiannon, the title of the song from Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac fame. If you have not heard of Rihanna in the most recent years odds are you were on a distant deserted island or were traveling to Earth from outside our solar system.

The 2011 Esquire article does not stop there. It goes on to describe Rihanna's performance onstage as "masturbation" and selects words such as "choreographed oozing" and her "own radiant ass …. like rump roast". One superstar breakthrough act begets another.

With the Madonna Material Girl's Golden Age behind her and Lady Gaga taking center stage, there was very little else to do for Rihanna and her stage managers except follow the leader - or leaders as may be the unstated case.

Peer pressure or the Domino Effect? Lady Gaga would slyly call it the "Domina Effect".

Nowadays the celebrity Rihanna is beautiful, sexy and sufficiently talented to be a super model on the fashion runway or a film star and the only thing that may have prevented her from pursuing this avenue may have been her music inclination.

her, including as far back as Judy Garland and as recently as Jennifer Lopez, aka J. Lo., and have been met with varied success.

But Rihanna storming the USA and the world is a surprising story. She was a long shot and from a distant world far away from the New York, Hollywood or Nashville scene.
