Relaxing and working.
They create opposite polarities on the nervous system and you end up doing more work than relaxing or you end up relaxing and doing very little work and then fretting about the results early in the morning before your colleagues arrive for their morning coffee, either way you tax your health and nervous system more often and more so than the desired goal.
t's a no brainer for many, keeping a fully stocked bar at home may not be the answer for everyone. For some, a large collection of hard liquor bottles definitely belongs at the nightclub and bar scene.
At these venues, the guests are dancing, a glass of whiskey, a shot of vodka and back to the dancing floor, you burn up all the excess adrenaline, relax and expend any stress clinging to your nervous system, far better than going home with your laptop or staying late at the office, having a shot or two and working, while all the excess calories get stashed around your midsection and love handles, week after week and year after year.
However, many of my colleagues that spent their extra days on the maintenance circuits, the nightclub, country club and fitness gym, were also shortcut by the competition that spent the extra hours doing the extra work.
Some of these fitness addicts and social networking "magnets" took a very special and early retirement package.
It's just a shot of Tequila for me, it's not like it's murder on my system?!
